The new MEGA TURN 900 machines are installed in a space-saving mirrored configuration. The need for more space has never been higher at the Kurt Machining division and these two machines take up a little more than the space of a single machine in a more traditional installation. The mirrored configuration also allows a single operator to work a pair of machines. MEGA TURN 900 CNC Vertical Turning Centers excel at heavy-duty cutting of large, low to medium profile, tough-to-machine workpieces. They are perfect for aerospace-industry parts that require heavy, multi-type metal removal. Each machine features a MAZATROL SmoothG CNC touch-screen controller.
