Congratulations to our 17 New Employee Owners who entered the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) during our 2018 Plan year! Since October is Employee Ownership Month, we took the opportunity to hold our New Employee Ownership Orientation. During these meetings, we discuss the plan in greater detail, and outline the benefits of being an ESOP. Employees enter the Employee Stock Ownership Plan after being employed at Kurt Manufacturing for 1 year, and working 1,000 hours during that year. We are fortunate to be an Employee Owned Company, and encourage those who are interested in becoming Kurt Employee Owners to visit our careers page.
